Our services include comprehensive laboratory evaluation and examination. Jason Smith, FNP-C will recommend optimizations that may lead men to experience a rejuvenating transformation and rediscover their best selves.

Our integrative care ranges from testosterone replacement, performance enhancement, erectile dysfunction treatment, weight management, and nutritional guidance.
Testosterone Replacement Therapy
What is Testosterone?
Testosterone is a hormone produced by the body and plays a crucial role in the development and maintenance of male sexual characteristics and disease prevention. Healthy levels of testosterone promote the growth of muscle and bone mass, which help define a more masculine body shape.

Testosterone is essential for maintaining overall health and well-being by supporting mood, energy levels, cognitive function, and cardiovascular health.
Low testosterone

For men, at the age of 30, testosterone levels can begin a steady decline, which can result in lower energy levels, decreased sex drive, altered mood, weight gain, body composition changes, poor sleep, erectile dysfunction, and difficulty with athletic performance.

Many men may attribute the changes to "getting older" when, in fact, the changes may be a consequence of lowering testosterone levels.
​
Health risk associated with low testosterone may include anemia, high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, cancer, and obesity.
Testosterone Replacement Therapy

We provide options that reestablish healthy testosterone levels while monitoring treatments with lab work and provider follow-up appointments to optimize effectiveness treatment and overall health.

Book online or call us to schedule your appointment with Jason Smith, FNP-C.

1. Access our Optimantra patient portal.
2. Complete the questionnaire and patient consents.

Consultation & Evaluation
During your consultation, Jason will review your information and help you determine if you are a candidate for our Men's Health Services, which could include testosterone replacement (TRT), ED treatment, and more. As a candidate, we can then proceed with the necessary labs and evaluation.

Taking Medications
& Beyond
Once labs are received back (1-2 days), Jason will review them to ensure it is safe to proceed with the discussed treatment plan.

The most common and most absorbed form of testosterone is given as an injection. This can be given in our office or even shipped to your home.
​
We are also now offering TRT replacement in the form of pellets.

Initial Labs & Provider Evaluation Start at $199
recent labs may be used for eval fee of $99
The initial fee includes a detailed men's hormone lab panel, provider lab evaluation, a complete history, and an in-person physical exam (required for testosterone prescription, if qualified).

Fees must be paid prior to ordering labs and receiving medications.
We do not submit claims to insurance. We are a cash practice,
and you must pay with cash, check, or card.
We also accept HSA and FSA payments.
​
Follow-up Appointments will be required every 8 - 12 weeks via phone, with an in-person visit every 6 months. Repeat labs are required after the initial 3 months of TRT and every 6 months after (this is included in your monthly subscription).
​
Additional costs will be applied for any additional services provided including medications for hair loss, erectile dysfuction, and weight loss.
Additional Men's Health Services
Sexual Health
A man will usually experience erectile dysfunction (ED) at some point in their life. It is an unfortunate reality...Luckily though, there are multiple treatment options to improve erectile function.
​
Additional conditions that may be improved with medications include premature ejaculation and low libido (sex drive).
Weight Loss
Weight gain can be a result of sub-optimal Testosterone. Reclaiming optimal hormone levels can help with weight loss, muscle mass, and body composition; BUT this may not be enough. Alpha Wellness Lab also offers a weight loss program with the medications Semaglutide or Phentermine to help you meet your health goals.
